Tarot of the Master

A Giovanni Vacchetta, docente universitario e mecenate vissuto alla fine dell'Ottocento, si devono questi Tarocchi che combinano eleganza di segno e originalità di immagini. Quel raffinato Maestro si cimentò nella sua invenzione artistica come di fronte ad un blocco di marmo, quasi scolpendo le figure per donare loro un senso di solidità materiale.

We owe this Tarot, which combines elegant signs and unique images, to Giovanni Vacchetta, university lecturer and patron who lived during the end of the nineteenth century. That refined Master used his artistic invention as if he were in front of a block of marble, practically sculpting the figures to give them a sense of material solidity.
